Exemplifying IN8’s rational design ethic, this light and colour-filled townhouse is a deftly detailed vessel for living and working with art, the owners’ extensive collection of paintings, photography and sculpture. Every aspect of the tall, narrow interior was refined during the building process. Deceptively spacious and uncomplicated in appearance, it is a multi-layered fusion of custom-fabricated millwork, painstakingly planned lighting schemes, and geometrically precise, rationalized, architectural elements.
