Under such conditions the project will move smoothly from inception to completion. Together, we establish the schedule, with a list of activities, deliverables and milestone dates. Regularly scheduled meetings will keep everyone on track.

Design
Following initial discussions, we develop the clients’ conceptual design to form the foundations of the project budget. The concept is refined and communicated with drawings and finishes samples to convey the total image and environment proposed. Upon approval, the sketches, samples, and designs are translated into contract documents for permit application, tendering and construction.
Management
Our team brings a wealth of experience gained over many years and many relocation, consolidation and reorganization projects. We’ve assisted both private and public sector clients along the way and take great pride in our ability to produce innovative design solutions for our clients and implement them through solid project delivery.
Follow Through
Final completion of the project ensures all construction and furniture deficiencies have been resolved and that as-built documents have been provided.
